Booking Policy: –

• Full pre- payment is required by 1 September 2022 to secure the booking.
• Amendment or cancellation without penalty charge is by 31st August 2022
• The booking is on request only until you get the confirmation from hotel
• All rates are quoted per room per night basis in Thai Baht.
• The credit card used upon making booking must be presented upon check-in.

Cancellation/Amendment/No Show

• Room Cancellation: Cancellation or amendment in writing must be made not later than 31  August 2022 to avoid whole period penalty charge.
• No-Shows without cancellation notice, late cancellation and shortened period of stay received after 31 August 2022, 100 percent of total amount will be charged to the credit card given on your reservation.

Terms and Conditions:

• Guestroom rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax on room rate and service charge, effectively a total of 17.7%. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the applicable VAT and/or tax according to any change in the government tax law or tax structure.

Check‐in & Check‐out time:

Check-in time is 2:00pm on the day of arrival.  We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time. Early arrivals of VIP’s should advise the Hotel for separate arrangements. Should you prefer to ensure that all guestrooms will be ready prior to guests’ early arrival, we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on a daily group room rate.

Check-out Time is at 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to space availability.

• Late check-out till 6:00pm is at 50% of contracted rate and subject to space availability.
• Late check-out after 6:00pm is equivalent to a 1 night charge as per contracted rate and subject to space availability.
