Q: I have registered for the Congress but would like to cancel my registration.
A: If you wish to cancel your registration for TOSSM & APKASS 2022, simply reach out to our registration team at [email protected] with a written request for cancellation by September 1, 2022 for a full refund (the amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate from the day we issue the refund with additional processing fee). Please note, if you register and are not able to attend live, you will have access to all meeting content for 30 days after the meeting.
Q: I have not received my confirmation email/registration receipt. Am I registered?
If you have not received your confirmation email after registering, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find your registration confirmation, please contact the registration team at [email protected]
Q: If I am an International Speaker, is my registration fee waived?
A: In the TOSSM & APKASS 2022, international speakers’ registration fees are waived. Simply reach out to our registration team at [email protected] with a written request for Speaker registration
