Registration procedure

Please note that your registration can not be processed without payment. Online registration for TOSSM & APKASS 2022 is encouraged. All registration will be confirmed via email. This confirmation must be presented at the on-site registration desk in order to receive the congress kit and access badge. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact [email protected]

Attendees can also be able to pay for their on-site registrations in US dollars, by credit card (American Express, Master Card and Visa Card).

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation will be subject to a full refund (the amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate from the day we issue the refund with additional processing fee) and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by sending email to [email protected] within 23:59 hours (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of August 31, 2022. No refunds will be issued after the mentioned date and time.

Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

APKASS membership registration

Proof of APKASS membership is required at the time of registration. If you have just registered an APKASS membership, we will update the membership database every Tuesday, so we recommended you to register for TOSSM & APKASS 2022 at least 1 week after registering for the APKASS membership.
